1. Handcrafted Variations

Every item at Nocturne Atelier is 100% handmade—from the grinding of botanicals to the physical forming of each incense cone or stick. Because of this traditional artisan process, slight variations in color, shape, and texture are natural and to be expected. These unique variations are not considered defects, but rather a testament to the individual magic put into each piece.

2. Safety & Proper Use Disclaimer

• Incense must always be burned in an appropriate, heat-resistant incense holder or burner.

• Never leave burning incense unattended. Keep out of reach of children, pets, and flammable materials.

• Ensure your space is well-ventilated while burning.

• Our products are intended for atmospheric and ritual use only. They are not for ingestion, consumption, or medical use. Nocturne Atelier is not responsible for any misuse, accidents, or damages resulting from the use of our products.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We are a small-batch, independently run business. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, Nocturne Atelier is not liable for carrier delays, lost packages, or theft.

All text, product descriptions, photography, and logo designs on this website are the intellectual property of Nocturne Atelier and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without explicit written permission.
