Return Policy

Due to the nature of our crafted items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or dislike the purchased good.

Damages and Issues

Your items are thoroughly inspected and securely packaged before leaving the atelier. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nocturnexatelier@gmail.com with your order number and a photograph of the damage or discrepancy. We will gladly make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a shop credit.

Cancellations

Because our processing begins quickly to get your goods to you, order cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
